Now our luck may have died

Wow. 52 years since the day the music died. Well, obviously it really didn't die, per se, but the man who paved the way for the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Dylan and Springsteen, among countless others, departed this earth from a frigid Iowa cornfield on Feb. 3, 1959.

Buddy Holly was all of 22 years old.

What a spectacular musical legacy for someone who was here for such a short time. In the dictionary, when you look up the word "visionary," you should see his face.

So, it's worthly to mention this today; a great excuse to post a couple of monumental tracks from the great Buddy Holly.
