Tying faith between our teeth

Back from vacation, and I just want to go on record as stating my fondness for the beaches and beach towns of Delaware.

Small wonder, indeed.

I could go for the obvious George Thorogood and his Delaware Destroyers reference, but I will go with one of George’s heroes, and my favorite mention of Delaware in any song.

And check out those groovy Shindig dancers. Obviously a swinging time was had by all – and an essential paean in the American rock and roll songbook.

Speaking of swinging times, the kids enjoyed the beach, the pool, the water park, and Jack had his first kayaking experience.

As with everything else he does, Jack took his usual big bite out of life, came home and, to his delight, promptly lost another tooth.

And no, I didn’t knock it out.
