As a committed Tar Heel it pains me to include this logo, but after our experience the past week at Duke Hospital, I am happy to give them some props. Jack had surgery last Wednesday to remove two cysts, one a Tarlov cyst at the base of his spine, and another on the back of his neck.
He is doing great, moving slowly but recovering nicely. He has a long road of physical therapy ahead, but we are very hopeful for a good outcome.
So, all credit to the doctors, nurses and staff for a first-rate job. They were there for Jack at every turn.
And we never saw Coach K, which I’m sure only helped Jack’s recovery.
So glad to hear all is well ... and will be better with time. Great music picks, by the way. I haven't been writing them down and could kick myself! Can't you add to the list rather than replace it? :)
