I was thinking this morning while jogging that its been 8 years since the 9/11 terror attacks, and look at what we have "accomplished". Twice as many Americans have died in Iraq and Afghanistan than died on that horrible day in 2001. Are we safer? Are we more respected around the world? How about domestically? How's your 401K looking if you haven't already had to liquidate because you got laid off like me. How much have your health insurance premiums increased - average is about 75 percent since 2001. How many jobs have been lost. And, how's that hunt for bin Laden going?
